Herbal Ingredients - take with caution

Every thing natural may not necessarily mean good for health. Study shows that a natural compound called berberine found in Oregon grape and many other plants is not good for heart patients.

The same compound is also found in a popular chinese herb called huang lian. This herb is widely used for treating leg pains, arthritis, mumps, pneumonia, tennis elbow and many other problems.

Berberine slows down the heart contractions and so not good for people with heart problems. So take a medical  advice when required.
